The ADU.Works Qualification Checker Tool (QCT) can help you do just that. In partnership with Canibuild, the QCT is a free online tool that allows you to quickly and easily check the property qualification of any address in California for ADU.Works’ Maverick Series.
This quick article will show you how to use the QCT to help you feel confident in your purchase decision.
Step 1: Register/Sign-in
For us to assist you better and to have your own personal record in our system, you’ll have to register or sign in through your Facebook or Google account. Make sure you have your mobile phone ready for the verification code.
Step 2: Enter Your Address
Simply type in your property address. ADU.Works and Canibuild are dedicated to serving homeowners. We want to reassure you that neither party will sell or lease your information. Step 3: Select an ADU Model
Once you have typed in your address, you can select which ADU best fits your property. For a better view, toggle the Sattelite view as seen in the photo above. We’ll select the Maverick 392 (1BD, 1BTH) for this example.
Step 4: Drag and Rotate the ADU Accordingly
Upon selecting your ADU Model, Canibuild automatically calculates the setbacks based on your property’s jurisdiction. Here you can drag and place your ADU however you like and rotate/flip based on your preference.
Step 5: Get the Flyer & Contact Us
To have a copy of the floor plan and the model price, you may get the flyer by clicking the “Get Flyer” button and typing in your email on the form. The file will be sent to your email inbox, where you can download it right away.
