HOW IT WORKS

ADU.Works’ methodology focuses on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

With the use of Helical Piles and Pre-finished Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), and having our own in-house Permits Technician and Pre-Engineered plan sets, we streamline the process of building your ADU in half the time and half the cost of the average ADU.

OUR PROCESS

STREAMLINED BUILD PROCESS & TIMELINE

Low Cost, No Compromise ADUs

3 INNOVATIVE FACTORS

STRUCTURALLY INSULATED PANELS (SIPs)

SIPs are consisted of insulating foam cores sandwiched tightly between two structural facings which are designed and precisely manufactured off-site. Once these are made, it takes only 30-60 days of onsite work and one contractor to build your ADU.

HELICAL PILES
FOUNDATION

A helical pile is a steel shaft with helices, screwed into the ground to help keep the ADU secure by anchoring it to the soil. This process only requires compact machinery & a manpower of 2-3 people which takes an average of only 3 days to build.

PRE-ENGINEERED
PLAN SETS

Pre-engineered plan sets are ready-to-build diagrams which allows for quick, reliable & simple construction process – streamlining the need for inventorying materials or planning.
