Choose any ADU model.

When you hover over a model card, you may see the ADU model and its floor plan  by clicking Model Gallery before choosing one.

To choose the ADU model, click Select.

The selected ADU model will be highlighted and the Next button will be enabled. Click Next to proceed.

Choose the outside features for your ADU.

NOTE: It is essential that the roofing and siding colors match those of your primary residence.

Choose the siding's type and color of paint. As a result of your choice, you should also note that the image will alter.

You can choose the roofing type and color on the tab beside the siding options. The roof of the image will also alter.

Your selections can be shown in a bigger and clearer preview by selecting the Full Preview button.

To choose the interior features for your ADU, click the Interior tab.

Choose your floor type and countertop to see how your choices will modify the image.

When you're done with your selections, click the Next button will redirect you to the Review Order page to see the specifics of your order.

Click the box next to the warranty or extra appliances you want to add. Additionally, you can enter your estimates for the square footage needed to remove the concrete for your ADU's basement and the depth in feet needed for sewer, water, and electrical. Your final cost will adjust.

Keep in mind that only the Review Order page can be used to modify any add-ons. Click Next when you're ready to make a purchase.
