Parking. The minimum parking requirements for an accessory dwelling unit shall be as prescribed in Article 15.04.607 (Parking and Loading Standards), subject to the following additional provisions.
If the proposed accessory dwelling unit is in compliance with all other development standards, including but not limited to front yard setbacks. Front yard setbacks shall be waived if it would not be physically feasible to construct an 800-square-foot ADU not exceeding 16 feet in height with four-foot side and rear setbacks anywhere on the property except within the front setback.
Exterior design shall be compatible with main dwelling unit and incorporate similar building materials
