STRUCTURALLY INSULATED PANELS
Popularly known as SIPs consist of insulating foam cores sandwiched tightly between two structural facings which are designed and precisely manufactured off-site. Once these are made, it takes only 30-60 days of onsite work and one contractor to build your ADU.
HELICAL PILES FOUNDATION
A helical pile is a steel shaft with helices, screwed into the ground to help keep the ADU secure by anchoring it to the soil. This process only requires compact machinery & a manpower of 2-3 people which takes an average of only 3 days to build.
PRE-ENGINEERED PLAN SETS
Pre-engineered plan sets are ready-to-build diagrams which allows for quick, reliable & simple construction process – streamlining the need for inventorying materials or planning.
